Kelsey’s workouts are challenging, but also very accommodating to my abilities. She checks after each set to see if it is necessary to add or subtract weight to ensure that I receive the best results. Not only is Kelsey extremely talented and knowledgeable in the sports medicine field, but she is also such a pleasure to talk to! She does a great job of distracting me during difficult exercises. Just be warned that she likes lunges so expect to do lots of lunges on leg day!!!
